Method:

1. Mash boiled potatoes and add spices, coriander leaves/mint leaves. Smear it over the bread slice and sprinkle grated cheese over both slices.

2. Toast on a tawa or a toaster/ sandwich maker. Serve the recipe with ketchup or chutneys.
