1. Knead the dough and keep it aside for settling and getting softer. We can also use other cereals like ragi, pearl millet, mixed cereal flour to make such parantha.
2. Grate cheese and add spices to it. We can also add veggies like finely chopped onion, peas, french beans, coriander according to child's choice.
3. Make paranthas by filling cheese mixture and serve along with either curd or chutneys.
