Instructions

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, take paneer, red chilli powder, garam masala. Salt, chopped coriander, chopped onion, and cumin. Mix properly. Add ketchup and ginger paste. Mix well and set it aside.

2. Take the bread and cut sides evenly. Roll out each slice with a rolling pin to make it thin.

3. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling across one end of the slice. Roll the bread and make sure the filling does not spill out.

4. Lightly toast on a pan or a skillet till it is brown on all sides. Cut and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
